Indoor Run Fixer

Indoor Run Fixer is an online tool that can correct the distance of your indoor Strava treadmill runs.

When you record an indoor run using the Strava app on your watch, Strava uses the pedometer in your watch to calculate the distance. This is often inaccurate. Indoor Run Fixer can fix this by letting you to enter the distance as reported by the treadmill.

Here's what you need to do:

Record your activity on your watch and upload it to Strava.
On your computer, go to your activity on Strava, click the three dots, and export the activity. This will produce a FIT file.
Upload this file here, enter the correct distance, and Indoor Run Fixer will update your file.
You can then delete your original activity on Strava and upload the corrected file instead.
